Fortis Construction & Design specializes in construction and development of single-family, multi-family, commercial, mixed-use and hospitality projects in the Philadelphia area. With over twenty years of experience in the Philadelphia market we have seen and participated in Philadelphia’s transformation to one of the best cities to live in the country. We have completed numerous single family and multi-family renovation projects, single family and multi-unit ground-up new development.  

One of our core passions is the renovation and re-use of existing buildings. Philadelphia is the birthplace of our nation and has some of the oldest and most beautiful buildings in our country. We have a deep appreciation for performing extensive renovations of historic properties.
